All gameplay progress (Coins, Star Gems, unlocked Cyber Heroes, Power-Up upgrade levels, high scores, and 7-Day Streak progress) is saved directly on your phone and can be cleared in seconds. Plus, if you ever purchased the optional fast-track VIP Starter Pack, you can restore it anytime via Settings → Restore Purchases!

1. Delete Saved Game Progress & Play Games Leaderboard Scores

You can permanently erase your saved progress on your phone and optional Google Play Games leaderboard scores anytime using the steps below:

METHOD 1 • IN-GAME (INSTANT)

🗑️ In-Game "Start Fresh (Reset Progress)"

  1. Open Skyline Vault: Cyber Run on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the ⚙️ Settings gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home Lobby.
  3. Scroll down and tap Start Fresh (Reset Progress).
  4. Tap Reset All in the confirmation box to immediately clear your saved Coins, Gems, unlocked Heroes, Power-Ups, high scores, and streak counters.
METHOD 2 • GOOGLE PLAY GAMES

🏆 Delete Play Games Leaderboard Scores

  1. Open the Google Play Games app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the More (⋮) menu at the top right and select Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
  4. Under Delete individual game data, find Skyline Vault: Cyber Run and tap Delete.
METHOD 3 • PHONE SETTINGS

📱 Phone Storage Wipe or Uninstall

  1. Open your phone’s Android Settings → Apps → Skyline Vault.
  2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or Clear data).
  3. Alternatively, uninstalling Skyline Vault permanently removes all saved files on your phone.

2. Update Privacy Settings & Reset Your Advertising ID

Skyline Vault uses the Google consent prompt for GDPR/CCPA privacy choices and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded bonus ads and occasional break ads. You can update your choices or reset your Advertising ID anytime:

  1. Open Skyline Vault and tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the Home Lobby.
  2. Tap Ad Privacy Choices.
  3. Update or withdraw your consent preferences for personalized ads and crash diagnostics.
ANDROID GOOGLE SETTINGS

🆔 Delete Android Advertising ID

  1. On your Android phone, open Settings → Google → All services → Ads.
  2. Select Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID) to permanently unlink your phone from past ad interactions.
