SPLAT-OPS is a 3v3 arcade paintball tournament sport featuring 6 high-energy speedball arenas, bouncy bunkers,
live turf-coverage scoring, interactive gear lockers, solo bot scrimmages, and offline Local Squads over Wi-Fi & Bluetooth.
1. Fundamental Privacy Commitments

No Mandatory Account Registration: SPLAT-OPS: Tactical Turf Arena requires no account creation, email address, real name, or phone number.

Offline-First Operator Profile: All player progression, operator loadouts, unlocked tournament gear, cosmetics, and settings are saved privately on your phone.

Temporary Local Squads Multiplayer: Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi discovery are used only when you host or join an offline 3v3 Local Squad match with friends nearby, and are never used to find your physical location.

Zero Location Tracking: We never read, store, or transmit your physical location.

3. Device Permissions Explained Simply

Internet & Network Check:
Used only to load ads when you are connected to the internet and send encrypted crash reports. The game is fully playable offline.

Vibration (Haptic Feedback):
Powers gentle vibrations during paintball splats, bunker slides, turf captures, and tag-outs. Can be turned on or off anytime in Settings.

Local Wi-Fi & Bluetooth (For Local Squads):
Used only when you host or join an offline 3v3 Local Squad match with friends in the same room. Never used for location tracking.

Advertising ID:
Allows Google AdMob to limit how often you see the same ad and respect your ad personalization choices.
4. Player Controls, Data Deletion & Opt-Outs

In-App Privacy Choices: Open SPLAT-OPS, enter Settings, and tap PRIVACY CONSENT to review or change your privacy preferences.

Erasing Saved Game Data: You can completely wipe all saved operator loadouts, cosmetics, and paint credits by going to Android Settings → Apps → SPLAT-OPS → Storage & cache → Clear storage, or uninstalling the game. Resetting Your Advertising ID: On your Android phone, go to Settings → Google → All services → Ads to reset or delete your Advertising ID.
5. Children’s Privacy (Family-Friendly Promise)
SPLAT-OPS: Tactical Turf Arena is designed as a colorful, non-violent arcade tournament paintball sports game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
